Our services

Work we carry out for clients is governed by a separate engagement letter, which sets out the scope of work, fees and responsibilities. We agree a quote before any work starts.

Professional bodies

We are members of the Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA) and the Association of International Accountants (AIA). Our anti-money laundering supervisor is the IFA.

Liability

Our liability to you for any loss arising from our services is limited to [three times the fees paid for the work concerned / £1,000,000, whichever is lower]. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
