What we collect

• Details you send through the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), whether you're a business or individual, the service you're interested in, and your message.
• Details you give when booking a call through Calendly: name, email, the time you choose and any answers to booking questions.
• Basic, cookieless usage statistics (pages viewed, device type) through Vercel Analytics. These don't identify you.

Why we use it

We use enquiry and booking details to reply to you and to prepare for your call. Our lawful basis is your consent (which you give when you tick the box on the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. If you become a client, we'll give you a separate engagement letter and client privacy notice.

Who processes it for us

• Resend — delivers contact form emails to our inbox and the confirmation email to you.
• Calendly — runs our online booking calendar.
• Vercel — hosts this website and provides cookieless analytics.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that don't lead to work for [CONFIRM — e.g. 12 months], then delete them. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Cookies

We don't set non-essential cookies. Calendly and Google Maps may set their own cookies only when you open the booking calendar or choose to show the map.

Your rights
